LICEO TERENZIO MAMIANI
Liceo Mamiani was funded in 1885 and it was named after Terenzio Mamiani, a politician and Minister of Education.
It is one of the historical and most prestigious Roman high-schools, located in the Prati neighborhood.
It offers three different “tracks”: Liceo classico, with a strong Latin and Greek component, Liceo scientifico, with a focus on maths and sciences and Liceo linguistico with a focus on modern languages.
In 2015 was nominated the n.1 Liceo in Italy by a committee which monitors the achievements of first year University students and tracks back the high-school they come from.
